Coffee's good for us again

Drink up! Soon enough they'll announce that it's bad for us (again).

(And tea. And wine. And eggs. And anything else humans have been consuming without problems for hundreds and thousands of years.)
"While coffee was once considered questionable for your health, researchers at Harvard Medical School have found the beloved beverage is actually healthful in moderation. That means a few cups a day.

"Harvard researchers say drinking coffee may help prevent diseases such as...

"Last month, a study led by Neal Freedman of the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Md., showed that people with chronic hepatitis C and advanced liver disease who drank three or more cups of coffee a day cut their risk of the disease progressing by 53 per cent."
More here.

Caffeine: my drug of choice.

I love coffee, but I only drink about one cup -- sometimes two -- per day. Any more than two and the caffeine gives me an irregular heartbeat. And absolutely no coffee in the afternoon or evening -- unless I want to stay up all night. ;)

Eggs -- I eat 1-2 per day on average. I love eggs. In fact, I made my Greek spinach frittata tonight for supper - yum.
