My conversation with one of the women holding the banner for Code Pink's Canadian delegation (which looked like a grand total of three women):Me: "What does it say on the bottom of the banner there?"
CP'er: "What? Where?"
Me (pointing): "There. What does that say?"
CP'er: "Oh, that's Arabic. I don't know. Maybe it's a repeat or something."

How bloody stupid! Why the hell would you be marching with a sign and have no idea what it says? That's what I call sh*t for brains.
Code Pink is a huge, well respected activist organization. They have friends and lovers in the media, judiciary, administration, and so on. At least, that is how the media makes it appear. I would have thought that they would have had hundreds of youth, given that they are so powerful.
Maybe they are on vacation in Cuba for Kwanzaa.
